"Being 'on-site' in the residential program was invaluable. This provided the ability to observe on a daily basis the attitudes/behaviors that can be covered up when only periodic sessions are attended in a non-residential setting. We believe all of us received tangible counseling with actual "techniques" to employ on a regular basis."
